Probably, Japanese are one of the most octopus lovers in the world. We have two very famous ports for octopus, one is Akashi (明石 Near Kobe) and Sajima (in 神奈川 Kanagawa).

Summer is the best season for octopus from Sajima since they are preparing to lay eggs spawn so they are fat!! We are very luck to have a stable supply of the octopus from Sajima these days. We import them in live to Hong Kong and prepare in house to deliver the freshest.

To make the meat softer, we will hand massage the octopus at least half an hour.
