目鯛/MEDAI/JAPANESE BUTTER FISH

This cute looking fish (4.1kg) from Fukuoka has arrived last night. Japanese butter fish contains lots of fat and the meat is very tender. We are preparing deep fried and steamed dishes for our gusts tonight.

Fresh blue fin tuna from Amami (奄美大島)

As a pride of a Edomae Sushi restaurant, keeping the quality of the Toro (Tuna) is our must. We do not use frozen Toro since those are usually farmed in out side of Japan and less texture than ones from Amami.

We import seafood directly from Japan 6 days a week. We will have fresh Toro arriving from the country at 18:00 together with other fresh seafood.

Call us to reserve Soy boiled tuna eye as well (limited stock, only 4pcs remaining!!!)
