Nobel Scallop / 檜扇貝

We have an unique shell fish called Nobel Scallop (檜扇貝/イタヤガイ) from Kyusyu, Japan. These colorful shells are usually caught in relatively warm water.


Nobel scallop, smaller than scallops but has very colorful shell.

Shape and meat are very similar to normal scallop and good for both Sashimi and grill.
Only limited time to import and stocks are limited. For reservations, please call on 37912346.


We also have nice robin fish (Houbou) from Nagasaki, Japan. These are also in good season. Meat is tender and has full flavour. (Good for Sashimi, grill or boiled in soy sauce)

大間産 本鮪の解体/Japanese Wild Tuna

Tomorrow (8th, Fri) around 19:00, we will receive a whole small tuna (around 10kg) from Oma, Japan (青森県 大間)

Oma tuna is the most popular and variable in Japan. Nor like usual fatty tuna, this wild caught tuna has less fat but very elegant in flavor.



We are expecting the fish to arrive around 19:00 in our restaurant. Then we would like to immediately cut and prepare Sashimi in front of our guests.

This is a rare chance. Please do not miss the opportunity to taste the most famous tuna from Japan.

千葉県 大原産 一本伊勢海老!! / Japanese whole lobster treat.

千葉県 大原港(Ohara, China Prefecture) is known as the biggest lobster haul in Japan. Now the lobster season has come. Lobsters are known as a "lucky" ingredient in Japan therefore it is used in the most of new years cuisines in the country.



Now we are importing small live lobsters (Around 100g) from Ohara. We serve the lobster in special 3 ways :
