We are introducing our hidden menu "HAKO CHIRASHI (箱ちらし)".
"HAKO CHIRASHI" is Sashimi with rice in a small box dish. This traditional Edo style dish is very popular among people in Japan.

White meat fish
Hamachi (Yellow tail)

夏、さっぱり自家製梅ジュース!

It is getting so humid and hot everyday here in Hong Kong.
Today, we are introducing our home made fresh plum juice to crush your thirst!!


Green young plums are only available for very short period of end May to early June. We directly import freshly picked green plums from Kyusyu (九州) and Kisyu (紀州).


We pickle those plums at least 2 weeks to extract juice from plums. Then the flavour becomes crispy and sour!


100% no preservatives added!! (Non alcoholic)
