I was at Tsukiji (築地市場) fish auction in Monday(13th) morning and there were so many good fish. I've grabbed some and be back!

Very fine Sushi bar in Ginza, Tokyo.
The tuna they had on the day was from Ireland, very fine texture Akami and the fat is sweet.
Summer is the worst season for Japanese tuna but good season for Europe and Australian ones.
