Japanese crimson (Porgy) sea bream in vinegar sauce

Japanese crimson sea bream (Tidai, 血鯛) is in season. We import those sea bream from Kyusyu, Japan and marinaded in special rice vinegar sauce.

This is excellent match with 吟醸酒 (Ginjo sake), served in Sashimi or Sushi.

These fish are only available for next one month. Please come in and try.

We have 3 different types of Japanese local chickens in house for your tasting. Each chicken has characteristic and taste excellent. Available in Salt or Sweet soy sauce grill.

1.       宮崎県産　日向ブロイラー (Himuka Broiler from Miyazaki)

2.       福岡県産　華味鳥      (Hanamidori from Fukuoka)

3.       徳島県産　阿波尾鶏                (Awaodori from Tokushima)

We have 華味鳥 liver available for grill, ask our waitress for hidden menu (Limited time only).
