New items for the new year

Happy 2014 and Chinese new year!!!

We are introducing some new dishes by our new Sushi chef "Fantasista" Nakata. He has been making Sushi for over 40 years.

- Mille-feuille Tuna Sushi
Layers of soy sauce marinated Akami and grilled Toro on top of Nakata's special Sushi rice.


- 亀の手/Kamenote/Pollicipes
Japanese local fisher man's favorite sake snack. Looks like turtle's hand but is actually belong to  Crustacea. Not even shell kind. Its worth trying unique flavour!!
