Japanese crimson (Porgy) sea bream in vinegar sauce

Japanese crimson sea bream (Tidai, 血鯛) is in season. We import those sea bream from Kyusyu, Japan and marinaded in special rice vinegar sauce.

This is excellent match with 吟醸酒 (Ginjo sake), served in Sashimi or Sushi.




These fish are only available for next one month. Please come in and try.
