Executive Chef Inoue-san (井上仁)


Our executive chef Hitoshi Inoue brings with him over 30 years experience in such luxury hotels and restaurant as Ginza Benkei, Hilton Hotel Group and Inagiku Japanese restaurant in Japan.




Inoue creates authentic Kaiseki Dishes depending upon seasonal fresh food and forefront Edomae (江戸前) Sushi. Please join us and experience the beauty of Japanese cuisine and Sake!!

All of our utensils are directly imported from Japan especially from Arita region (有田焼).
Some of them are over 100 years old!!

We believe "presentation = dishes" is one of important aspects of good food.
