銀鱈の刺身/Sahimi Sablefish

Gindara (Sablefish)

Lately we are able to import fresh Gindara/銀鱈(Sablefish　for Sashimi). Gindara is usually served in Saikyouyaki （西京焼), which is grilled with special Saikyou miso.

Tomoe Sushi has direct connection with seafood market in Japan therefore we can provide the freshest Gindara for Sashimi and Sushi. Sable fish lives in the cold deep sea as 300 to 700m so the meat contains lots of sweet fat and the texture is nice n' soft.
